Scott A Ralston P.E. of Stanley Consultants in Des Moines, Iowa is a passive aggressive individual, whose aggressive side can become very ugly. He lacks the needed self-control a good supervisor requires. I witnessed him cut deeply into a fellow employee who had made some type of mistake; no person, no matter what type of mistake is made, deserves to be cut so deeply. I know the man that was cut down good enough to know he did not deserve such cutting remarks and treatment. Scott is not a good supervisory candidate; in fact he is very poor. He is only a good for a position where he would work ALONE. Scott is a double-tongued man who can easily double-talk and almost switch in the middle of a sentence. He also can frustrate clients by making promises, which he will not keep. He once said, “Clients want promises”. The only problem is he will not keep them. He once promised a client the information “tomorrow” and did not provide it for two weeks.
